Flexible Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request for a small hourly fee (up to two hours).
House Rules: While we encourage relaxation and fun, large parties are not permitted. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we have one exterior security camera, a noise decibel monitor, and a cigarette smoke detector, which will remain active during your stay.

Great place for a friends trip, could even work as a family place. Very cool property! Excellent location, safe, parking lot right across the street (24). Eric was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Great location. Walking distance to the R&R HOF, the Browns, Guardians and Cavaliers. Good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The flat was very clean. We had a total of 5 adults in our party so we needed 3 separate bedrooms. One bedroom with king size bed had a full bathroom. One bedroom with 4 bunk beds had a full bath which is great for kids although we had none staying with us on this trip. Two other bedrooms with king/queen sized beds had no bath rooms although there is a half bath in the main living area. The owner had a Kerug coffee maker available with coffee pods which was a real plus. The loft itself was well designed, bright, airy open floor plan between the kitchen and living room.Parking lot right next door charged 24/day for all day parking although not allowed to go in/out without being charged during regular business hours.The owner was readily accessible and responsive.Overall we had a great experience staying in this loft. Highly recommend if you have a party of four or more looking to stay near many of the main attractions Cleveland has to offer.

The location was good. Bring your walking shoes.
The unit was nice. I had expected the building and the area we were in to be nicer.
I think the unit is overpriced. I would not stay again because you can get a hotel closer to the casino and stadium for the price we
