We built and furnished our vacation home so that you’ll have everything you need here in the mountains.

Situated at 1,400 meters above sea level, it offers the perfect opportunity to treat yourself to a well-deserved break in unspoiled nature—a break you’ve long deserved after the stresses of everyday life.

I’ve dubbed this retreat “my paradise.” Anyone who loves nature will understand why.

Dogs, cats, cows, sheep, wild horses, hares, foxes, and wild boars can be spotted here time and again, both during the day and at night. When the sun goes down, you’ll almost always be treated to sunsets you won’t soon forget.

At night, the clear starry sky is especially enjoyable by the campfire or barbecue. It’s precisely these moments that make this place so special: tranquility, nature, fresh air, and the feeling of finally being able to breathe deeply again.

The surrounding area offers many activities: walks, hikes, scenic viewpoints, nature experiences, and the famous mountain village of Lukomir, the highest village in Bosnia. Many German guests call it “the end of the world,” and anyone who’s been there understands immediately why.

Since our vacation home is secluded in the mountains, shopping, restaurants, and gas stations are located in the town about 20 km away. It’s worth stocking up on supplies before you arrive so you can truly enjoy your time up here. A refrigerator and freezer are available in the house.
