Welcome to The Beary Cozy Cabin, your home away from home in the Great Smoky Mountains. This 3 bed/2 bath cabin boasts breathtaking mountain views and is located in the very popular, family-friendly, Little Mountain Valley Resort which offers tons of additional amenities like outdoor heated pool, arcade, mini-golf, fishing, playground! It feels every bit of a private secluded mountain getaway, yet only a short drive to all major restaurants and attractions.

FLOORPLAN
FIRST FLOOR: 1 king bedroom with full bathroom (shower/tub combo), kitchen, living room with queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, dining room, patio with hot tub, gas grill and lighted dining space.
SECOND FLOOR: 1 king closed-loft bedroom with bathroom (shower only), 1 open-loft bedroom with 2 twins and arcade
BOOKING
Must be 21+ to book
Must be a member of the group staying at the property.
Must also be verified through VRBO with a Government Issued ID and provide the host a front and back copy of state issued driver’s license upon request prior to checking in.
All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents.
8 Human Maximum. If you bring more humans than accounted for on your reservation we will charge you $100 per human exceeding 8.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
Keyless check-in. The front door is equipped with an electronic keypad, we will send a personalized door code 48 hours before your check-in time. Check-in any time after 4pm. Check-out any time before 10am. Your door code will only be active from 4pm on check-in day to 10am on check-out day. Early check-in and late check-out without prior approval will incur additional fees of $50 per hour.

Maximum 2 vehicles
HOT TUB
The hot tub is for guests 25+ years old only. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the hot tub. You are not to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign posted next to hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK! No jumping or sitting on hot tub cover. Any damages to the cover will incur damage fee of $500.
INTERNET/TV
High Speed Wireless Internet. Roku Smart TVs set in Guest Mode in every room. **Bring your own passwords for streaming services.**
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, pod and drip coffee makers, fire extinguisher located under sink.
SUPPLIES PROVIDED
Our housekeeping service provides a START-UP bundle of incidentals for your convenience while at the property – PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE FROM PREMISES: toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dish detergent, laundry detergent, kitchen and bath trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine hygiene products, water, coffee, filters, creamer, sugar. Basic cleaning and sanitizing products may be available.
**Depending on the number in your party and/or length of your stay, you may need to purchase additional items.**
SECURITY
There is a floodlight camera located on the exterior of the home near the front entrance for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately.
SMOKING
Absolutely NO SMOKING on the premises
FIRES
Absolutely NO FIRES inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages
PETS
Absolutely NO PETS. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $150 and you will be asked to leave.
CRITTERS
We are serviced regularly by pest control but please keep in mind we are located in the mountains near a National Park. It is impossible and unreasonable to think there will be no encounters with critters. You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway, stay away and please do not feed it. They are dangerous.
REFUNDS
Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.

The view was spectacular. The cabin was nice, easy check in and out. Everything was clean. Some things could use an upgrade, like the washer/dryer that squeaked and had broken control knobs. Also it is a very steep incline up to the cabin, just be prepared for one-lane steep incline with a rut due to rain water in the parking area. We were glad we had a full sized truck. Also the pool/putt putt is not walking distance from the cabin, you will want to use a vehicle to go there, but the property was nice. Would recommend. We enjoyed our time!

Pros: beautiful view from back porch and great location to Pigeon ForgeCons: -3 blinds were broken so, we could not roll them up all the way to see view-fireplace didn’t work-key pad on front door didn’t work-when we arrived hot tub cover blown off and water freezing and low (contacted host who told us to cover and plug in hose to fill it up- couldn’t find the spigot and never used hot tub) -really there is just one bedroom that is closed off with a door the other beds (3) are upstairs and not closed off-the sheets were dusty when we arrived-the light in the bathroom downstairs turns off randomly -there is a critter in the walls that makes lots of noise at 4 AM. Can be heard in downstairs bedroom clearly and upstairs faintly (maybe bars or squirrel)Overall nice place just seems like they haven’t been out there in a long time, and didn’t look at pictures closely enough to understand how the rooms were laid out re doors. Hot tub was major bummer.
