Located in the place called "Quartier de l'Anse à l'Ane", this villa, classified 3 stars by the tourist office, is located in a small secure condominium with remote-controlled electric gate, in a quiet and residential area.
The large living room and the kitchen open onto a 30 m2 terrace.
The furniture and equipment are of very good quality. The villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with a 160 cm bed and 1 with 2 x 90 cm beds) equipped with air conditioning and closet; each bedroom has its own bathroom with 120 X 90 walk-in shower and its own toilet.
The bathroom of the third bedroom includes in addition to the shower, a bathtub and a dressing room.
The large living room includes TV, sofa and armchairs, table and chairs and opens onto the large covered terrace. The fully equipped kitchen (vitro hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American type fridge-freezer) offers via the "serving hatch" the same view of the beach of Anse à l'Ane.
The terrace is decorated with garden furniture and a table and chairs set for meals.
You also have a washing machine, an iron and ironing board, coffee maker and toaster as well as all the crockery necessary for your stay. Exit cleaning is 90€.
The villa is equipped with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The view is breathtaking on the beach of Anse à l'Ane, accessible on foot by a path in 5 minutes
Linen is provided: sheets, towels, tablecloths and dish towels. You also have access to a private garden and a parking space in front of the villa.

Check in time at 5 pm is late and when you don't know exactly the address or how and when to get the keys for the property is frustrating. Philippe you can do better than that.On a positive note, the house was big, comfortable, well stocked and overlooking the beautiful Anse al Ane.We had a great time once we got there.

Well equipped kitchen with view while you cook or stand at the sink. Comfortable beds and generous bathrooms. Close to boulangerie and Carrefour Express as well as the braces of Les Anses d’Arlet and Pointe du Bout. Would definitely stay again~ Merci
