Beautiful family house in south Venice, Fl. It is only a mile away from Shamrock Park. The house is centrally located close to Manasota, Englewood, Nokomis and Venice Beach. There is a gorgeous terrace that is enclosed where you can have dinner, enjoy the birds and little bunnies. The patio is fully fenced for your dogs to have a nice, relaxed vacation. The house in full is accessible to guest. Please note that the garage is not available. There is a studio in the garage with separate entrance and separate patio.

Raul's home is beautiful. It is very clean,the kitchen is well stocked for cooking,the lanai is perfect for eating outside and relaxing. It is close to biking, shopping and the beach.I recommend it highly for a stay in the Venice area.

Nice size,nice lanai nice kitchen, good location. I walked barefoot on the floor, my feet were black. No safety bars in tub area. Lots of millipedes. Advertised as 3 bedrooms but it was an office.
