You’ll feel right at home the moment you step into the living-kitchen area, where a beautiful view of the linden trees in front of the house awaits you through the
-cute wooden window. The entire apartment features
-hardwood floors, which create a particularly cozy atmosphere and a warm, inviting feel. The exposed ceiling and wall beams also contribute to this! Especially when the sun is shining, the apartment is bathed in a warm, inviting light. To your right is
- the sofa nook,
- a floor lamp, and
- a small wooden table with chairs where you can sit comfortably and eat.
- From here, you can watch TV and simply relax, perhaps with a glass of red wine!

On the left is a kitchenette. It’s equipped with:
- a 2-burner stove,
- a refrigerator with freezer compartment,
- a coffee maker,
- a toaster,
- and a kettle.

The bathroom is located to the left of the sleeping area. It is equipped with the following:
- a sink with a built-in hand soap dispenser
- a tissue dispenser
- a shower with a built-in shower gel and shampoo dispenser
- a toilet
- a wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags
- Tile floor (bath mats provided)
- a clothes drying rack

Straight ahead, you’ll see the cozy sleeping area with a
-beautiful wooden double bed and the
-nightstands with reading lamps on either side of the bed.
- Two beautiful wooden windows with small panes offer a great view of the linden trees and to the east. At sunrise, it’s a true dream!
- You’ll find high-quality pleated blinds on every window.
- The closet offers plenty of storage space for your clothes.

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor!
At the end of the village road, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of old trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800 years old! It’s a wonderful place to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel right at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
