A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
A beautiful house, totally independent, very close to the town and less than 1 kilometre from the seaside. Nicely decorated, maintaining the typical Mallorquin property style, with wooden beams and tasteful and high-quality. Mediterranean decoration. Air conditioning in the whole house, as well as a Wi-Fi connection. The property has 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Distributed in two floors with a total constructed space of 180 m2 and a 3,500 m2 parcel totally fenced. Spacious outdoor areas with a nice garden and a barbecue. A solarium area with sun beds and a chill-out with sofas and a Balinese bed.
On the ground floor there's a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a dining/living room area with direct access to the garden. You can also find a small room with a 2 m x 2 m bed and a dressing room. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (both with one-suite bathroom). One of them with a double bed 2 m x 2 m and the other with two beds: 1,1 m x 2 m.

We were able to check in easily, with info via whatsapp. The house is beautiful and spacious but the best part is definitely the outside space - pool and barbecue area.
The house is within walking distance of Alcudia old town, shops, bakeries, restaurants and beaches.
My only warning would be to bring mosquito repellent, especially if you are using the outside space at night.
A beautiful stay, thank you so much!
