Charming studio located in a historic family house, in the city center of Briançon.
You will be close to all small shops - 2 minutes walk (restaurants, bars, bakeries, mini-market, organic grocery store, fishmonger, butchers, greengrocers...) but also a supermarket.
Markets on Wednesdays and Sundays down the street.
It is ideally located near the Prorel aerial cableway in Serre-Chevalier (8 minutes walk)
We have completely renovated the studio and have taken great care in terms of comfort and decoration.
Although it is located in the city center, the studio is very quiet. Surrounded by green spaces, you will benefit from a parking space in an enclosed courtyard, but also a terrace.
Ideal base camp for cycling (Grands Cols des Alpes), hiking, climbing, mountaineering, or white water activities.

We had a great stay. Small but well equipped, clean and functional apartment. Perfect for 2 people. Check in was flexible and friendly. Good location a short walk from the ski lifts, but also in a good location in the city.

Really comfortable place, near to the ski lifts, but would advise if staying here to ski try and store the skis at a shop near the ski lift to make life easier other than that great place!!

Very cozy and stylish apartment. Сool! We were very pleased!;) The apartment has everything you need, everything is provided! There are 3 bakeries nearby. The location is great, between the city center and the old fortress. We were unable to meet Olivier) but he was very quick to answer all our various questions through this site. Thank You, Olivier!

I stayed three summer nights in this wonderful studio apartment and loved every minute of it. It was clean, modern, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Perfect for an individual or couple, there is surely enough room for 4 if desired. As described, the apartment is quiet and close to restaurants, shopping, bars and a fabulous bakery. Olivier and Anne are most gracious hosts and very close by if needed. 5-Star experience, for sure!!
