Rte 28. The living room has a smart TV and the 1st floor bedroom TV has a Amazon firestick. No central air conditioning but there are fans and a portable window air conditioning unit on the first floor and one of the 2nd floor bedrooms.. There is a charcoal grill on the back patio in the summer. There are grab bars installed in the shower. There is a bath seat for the shower in the living room closet. if you should need one. The winter driveway is 50" x 12.5 ' with 2 additional parking spaces in front of the house. Please check the calendar for available dates. There is a washer and dryer in the basement. Lots of unique stores in town to explore, hiking, swimming at the Old Forge Beach, the Strand Theater in town with four first run movies, lots of restaurants to enjoy, The View Art Center, Enchanted Forest and Waterpark (voted one of the best in the country), McCauley Mountain skiing in the winter, chairlift rides in summer and Autumn. There is Christmas in the Forge on Thanksgiving weekend with stores open, a Santa parade, reindeer for the kids, and sleigh rides in town. The shopkeepers have treats in the stores and the whole town shows up for the lighting of the Christmas tree in town. In the Adirondack area: Blue Mountain Museum , The Wild Center, and lots of other attractions to enjoy. Please be honest regarding how many people will be in your group.
