This spacious 3100 sqft home offers you the quiet retreat of a resort style neighborhood, while providing enough room and space for everyone in your family to find their own little spot to relax. We think you will love Sunrises and Sunsets from the moment you drop your bags. The first floor has access from the front door, the garage entry and from the backyard entrance....all creating easy access for everyone going to the beach and to the beautiful community pool. The first level of the home includes a full bathroom with tub/shower combo and adjoining bedroom featuring a twin over queen bunk bed with an additional Queen sleeper sofa. Out the steps of this bunk bedroom, you will find privacy in the backyard which leads directly to the Highland Parks Resort pool. The Highland Parks pool is like no other on 30A and you will love the views of the surrounding Blue Mountain Beach area from the lookout tower. You might also enjoy relaxing by the communities fire pit and spa tub.
Heading back inside, Take the homes private elevator up to the
second floor where you will find a large open living room with ample seating, a beautiful dining area, game table and gourmet kitchen. The laundry room and a half bath are also on this level. On the third floor, the 3 King bedrooms await you and your guests. The beautifully designed Master bedroom overlooks blue mountain and a glimpse of the emerald green gulf waters. Sit out on your private balcony and enjoy the morning sunrises and the evening sunsets. This balcony has the best seat in the house!

This property was a great fit for our family! The downstairs bedroom was the perfect setup for our grandsons which included a full size bathroom. The 2nd floor main living area was beautifully decorated and accommodated our large party for dining. The Chef’s kitchen was well stocked and amazing. The 3rd floor included 3 additional bedrooms - all beautifully designed.
The property manager was very responsive. Check-in a breeze. We had an issue with the refrigerator cooling properly and they sent a repair person within a few hours. The issue was resolved and we were good the remainder of our visit.
My first impression of the property was how clean and well designed it was. A big plus was that the property was a few steps from the resort style pool.

This was the perfect place for a large family vacation. Plenty of room for games together and enough privacy for quiet time. Location is great for pool and beaches.

House was as expected, worked for our group of five adults. Bike of golf cart to good restaurants- Blue Mabel and cowgirl kitchen. Did not use pool but it walking distance from house
