We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the beautiful view, the modern bathrooms, the pool, and the well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, air fryer, etc.). The layout of the house is great, and we appreciated the flexible check-in/out. When a pot was missing, we bought one and were kindly reimbursed. Some aspects didn’t fully meet expectations considering the overall price level. Several mattresses had noticeable springs and weren’t very comfortable. Sofas were also quite basic. There was a persistent smell from the drains, and the overall cleanliness could have been better. We had to empty a leaking bucket daily in the utility room, and the fridge was rather small for 8 guests.Especially after rain, centipedes were all over the walls. While we understand this can happen in nature, a short heads-up or a response to our message would have been appreciated — even sending someone to clean would have helped. The house has a lot of charm and potential, and we’re thankful for the kind communication overall. With a few improvements, it could offer a truly top-level stay.
