Step into the timeless charm of Grandad’s Beach House, a lovingly restored retro shack offering a cozy, waterfront escape filled with character and family spirit.

Grandad’s Beach House, originally a humble fishing shack, has been transformed into a warm and inviting four-bedroom retreat that beautifully balances nostalgia with comfort. Every detail reflects the care and spirit of Kevin Doolan—“Grandad Bribie”—whose legacy permeates this special place. The home features one bathroom and an air-conditioned kitchen and living area, designed to keep you comfortable year-round while you soak in the breathtaking views of the Glass House Mountains and the tranquil waters of Pumicestone Passage.

The open living space flows effortlessly into the heart of the home, creating an environment perfect for gathering with loved ones, sharing stories, or simply relaxing with a good book. Step outside to witness spectacular sunsets over the water, or take a leisurely stroll just across the road to the pristine beach for a day of sun and surf. When you’re ready to explore further, the island’s main shopping centre is only a short drive away, providing convenient access to shops, cafes, and local attractions.

Grandad’s Beach House is more than just a holiday rental—it’s a sanctuary where laughter echoes, memories are made, and every guest becomes part of its enduring story. Whether you’re seeking peaceful solitude or joyful family time, this waterfront gem offers an authentic coastal experience that will keep you coming back again and again.
