It is an old farmhouse that dates back to 1784. It has of course been renovated several times since its construction. Recently, it has been given a good facelift while trying to preserve its farmhouse character. The decoration is dedicated to our friends the cows. Gavray is a small rural village in which you will find all the necessary services and shops (3 bakeries, a butcher's shop, a grocery store, a supermarket with petrol 24 hours a day, bookshop-press, tobacconist, bars, restaurants, doctors, nurses, pharmacy).
From Gavray, you can easily go to Mont-Saint Michel, discover the D-Day landing beaches and even Brittany.
The cottage includes on the first floor an entrance, a large main living room, kitchen room, a bathroom (shower and toilet), upstairs 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with a bed 140x190 and a bedroom with 2 beds 90x200) and a bathroom with toilet. One of the bedrooms has a BZ which allows an extra bed for 2 people). You can enjoy a large garden (2000 m2 of land) as well as a shed to park the car with Green-up electric vehicle charging socket (additional contribution to be paid on site).
Due to the porch and the bedrooms located upstairs, the house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
