Excellent place to stay! My 2nd time and it’s always great. Host is fantastic and place is close to downtown. Can’t wait to come back

this place was great! we did a couples hiking / beer weekend with our dogs and the house was perfect for us! the location was convenient for all that we wanted to do, there was plenty of room for us and our pups, and the backyard was ideal. we wish it wasn't raining all weekend to enjoy the firepit, but maybe next time! we did have issues with the wifi but we texted and Jennica was very responsive and immediately got in touch with verizon to fix the issues :) the hardware was just replaced the week before, so hopefully everything is good from here on out! thanks for a great weekend!

The house is very cute and was great for me and my two small dogs, The fenced backyard was wonderful to have, especially because the street the house is on is busy and there are no sidewalks. The street can be loud, but I always travel with a sound machine so it wasn't a big deal. There's an old mill across the street that has been renovated for use by other businesses, and the coffee shop that's located in the complex - and sits right next to the river - was great. The location is very convenient, close to the River Arts District, downtown and a direct line to the Biltmore. Also conveniently located to Asheville Art Supply, which was a fun retail stop. Had a really great time in Asheville and being able to come home to this comfy, charming house was perfect!!

The place was nice and very well air-conditioned with a couple of significant cleanliness issues: there was animal hair all over the bedspread in the master bedroom despite house rules about no pets on the bedding, and the shower curtain is overwhelmingly mildewed. We didn't need to communicate with the host, but with all the other positive reviews, I'm certain she would have been responsive and attentive. The space is very nice, and a great location.
