It rained almost the whole time we were there. But we were there for our daughters wedding. We did get a time with some sun in the pool. House was clean, well stocked for what we needed. Plenty of beds and restrooms. The nature of cows, a doe, birds and a pond. We enjoyed the rustic look outside. This was great for our daughters first look pictures on her wedding day. Lots of options. We would definitely pick this place again for enjoyment. The wedding venue was at Lake Kiowa.I would say thank you so much for the hospitality of the rental.

House was big and located In a quiet area making it very easy to relax. The pond gave us a nice place to spend sometime between engagements to clearOur heads and get back to nature. The house was very spacious and accommodating to our group.

This property is perfect for large groups. Ample space and plenty of amenities. I appreciated the “little things” like coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, TP, even some laundry and personal hygiene items. When I called about trouble with one of the TVs, they sent someone within the hour and it was an easy fix. I would suggest replacing the trash can in the kitchen and ensuring all the beds are on bed frames.Management was also very accommodating when we needed early check-in and late check-out. There is also a local peacock that made himself at home by visiting on the pool deck and by the garage doors. We named him Jimmy and enjoyed seeing him throughout our stay.

The place was clean and easy to get to. Check-in was smooth. The photos are from a while ago and don't reflect the property's current condition. The place needs some TLC. That said, it was a good trip, and the kids had fun playing ping-pong.
