The property is exactly as described and pictured. Amazing ocean views! There was a check in delay with the cleaning crew but a quick text to Aiden got it resolved nicely. The highway noise can be loud at times with the doors open to catch the great ocean breeze. We were even able to see a StarLink rocket launch from the balcony.

It was super comfy ! Absolutely think about staying for the future. Thank you!

Convenient location, and a nice view.

This is a very nice two bedroom property. Its safe, clean and comfortable. There is a lovely view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining & living room. Highway 101 is about 3 blocks away, so there is some noise when the windows are open, but its cool on the coast at night and the bedrooms are at the back of the property so we had no trouble sleeping. The kitchen is well stocked there were lots of pots and pans, a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a slow cooker. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows. There was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom and beach towels were provided also. There are no stairs going into this unit. You need to step over the bathtub to get into the shower, but their were grab bars. There seems to be another unit down stairs - down the hillside- but we never saw or heard anyone. The houses are somewhat close together, but the neighborhood was quiet the week we were there. Summerland is a small, cute, upscale town. We had a great brunch at the Beach Cafe down the road. Summerland Beach is quite rocky, go up or down the coast. We were quite comfortable here and would reccomend staying here.
