It consists of an equipped kitchen and functional giving on stay, of a stay, a room and a room of water.

- a flat-screen TV

- A washing machine + dryer
- Vitroceramic plates

It is on the 1st floor of a quiet and well maintained building.
Located in the Clémenceau district, 15 minutes walk from Place de la Comédie and St-Roch train station, it is close to bus, tramway and motorway access is 10 minutes.

The owner of the property took good care of us. Initially a previous guest had broken the rules and smoked into the apartment. When we notified the owners, they immediately organised a deep clean of the property and went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. Highly recommend :)

Quick and easy booking with great communication by the host. She was very accommodating and the location of the apartment was within walking distance to the city center. Would definitely book again on our next trip to Montpellier.

This is a nice apartment walking distance to centre ville. Bed is comfortable. Communication was easy. Overall very nice stay.
