Olde Hickory is a private and gated community conveniently located 10 mins from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW), 30 minutes away from the Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), both along Interstate 75 and 20 mins away from the beaches at Fort Myers and Sanibel Island, with lots of shopping and fine restaurants nearby as well. Fort Myers is the spring training home of the Boston Red Sox and the Minnesota Twins and both stadiums are less than a 10 mins drive away. Our HOA requires a 30 day minimum rental so that you’ll be able to enjoy all of the Olde Hickory Country Club Amenities.
