Welcome to Lil' Casa – Your Cozy Marquette Getaway!
Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood just off the beaten path, Lil' Casa is an inviting, Southwest-style home in beautiful Marquette, Michigan. Whether you are here to launch your next outdoor adventure, visit your student at NMU, attend a vibrant community festival, or simply unwind and enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, Lil' Casa is the perfect basecamp.

The Perfect Location
Centrally located, you are just minutes away from everything Marquette has to offer. If you love exploring by foot or bike, you will love being steps from the Marquette Bike Path System, giving you easy access to the downtown district, the Lower Harbor, and the breathtaking Presque Isle nature area.

Minutes away from: Marquette Mountain, NMU, the hospital, local restaurants, and grocery stores.

Outdoor adventures: Biking, boating, hiking, and snow sports are right at your doorstep.

A scenic stroll: Walk up the road to the east toward the Fit-Strip for an awesome view of Hogsback Mountain, Sugarloaf Mountain, and Lake Superior in the distance. A short walk through the Fit-Strip and the beautiful adjacent cemetery—locally rumored to be designed by the same landscaping pioneers behind Central Park and the Biltmore Estate—leads you right into the heart of the city.

Your Private Outdoor Oasis
In the back of the house, you’ll find a fully fenced-in backyard and private deck. It’s the ultimate spot to enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a drink after a day of exploring. Depending on the season, you can pick a fresh peach from the tree, grab a handful of red raspberries from the abundant bushes, or harvest ripe grapes in October. The garden is beautifully alive with blooming irises, Lily of the Valley, lilac bushes, and grapevines.

Dogs: If you would like to bring a dog, reach out to me with information about your pet and your request. There is a pet fee of $75.00
