A proposito di questa chalet struttura in affitto
A beautiful 19th-century mountain chalet surrounded by nature, with breathtaking views and direct access to the great outdoors.
Nestled high above the charming alpine village of Notre-Dame-de-Bellecombe, Chalet La Dartuelle is a beautifully restored 19th-century property set within one hectare of private, untouched land. South-west facing, the chalet enjoys exceptional sunshine throughout the day and an extraordinary sense of peace and privacy.
Carefully renovated using original old wood, local stone and traditional alpine craftsmanship, the chalet combines the character and authenticity of a historic Savoyard home with the comfort and understated luxury of a modern retreat.
At approximately 1,500 metres altitude, the chalet sits in an idyllic, open setting overlooking the surrounding mountains and ski slopes. In winter, the landscape becomes a spectacular snowy playground, while in summer, the meadows and mountains offer a completely different kind of beauty.
A perfect mountain retreat
Warm, spacious and inviting, Chalet La Dartuelle has been designed as a home to be enjoyed with family and friends. Traditional beams and aged woodwork sit alongside comfortable sofas, soft throws and elegant mountain furnishings, creating a cosy and refined atmosphere.
The chalet offers all the comforts you would expect for a relaxing alpine holiday, including Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite television, Bluetooth speakers and a Nespresso coffee machine.
In summer, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, surrounded by mountains and beautiful alpine scenery.
Skiing & the Espace Diamant
The chalet is just 5 minutes by car from the ski slopes and forms part of Espace Diamant, one of the most beautiful ski areas in the French Alps.
Espace Diamant links six authentic mountain resorts across the Val d’Arly and Beaufortain, offering approximately 192 km of marked ski runs and a wonderful variety of terrain for all levels.
And when you are not skiing, there is no need to go anywhere: beautiful walks and hiking trails begin directly from the chalet, allowing you to step straight into nature.
