Say hello to the gulf! There is a tile floor with a rug as you enter, and a mural on the hallway wall. The bedroom has wood grain vinyl flooring and a king wicker bed with floral bedding. On each side of the bed, a nightstand with a lamp, and there is a dresser with a mirror. A second dresser is included, and a flat screen TV hangs on one wall. The bath has floral wallpaper and a shower/tub. A rattan and glass table sits in the dining area, with four matching chairs. In the kitchen, two matching stools at the bar, with white counter tops and appliances, and ivory textured wallpaper. The living room features wood grain vinyl flooring and a wicker sofa with a floral pattern, and a matching chair and ottoman. There is also a mauve rattan recliner and wicker and glass tables and lamps. There is a new glass top TV cabinet, flat screen TV and a VCR player. A baker's rack with curios adds a personal touch. *Please note: Phoenix East II is a smoke-free building, including balconies, inside condos, pool decks, stairwells and other common areas. This condo was very clean and the host was wonderful. They left us a Happy Anniversary note in the room on check in day and it was a great little “extra” and so thoughtful. The view of the beach was great and the chairs on the balcony were comfortable. We will definitely try to stay here again.

Overall happy with the property. Just a little upset about being woke up with man grinding on repairs being made in the hallway. Especially when I was told there was no construction that would affect my stay.

Unit had a slight order like soneone had smoked in the unIt. And its about tine for an update of the unit. But overall the ocean friont view was excellent. It was clean and nicely furnished. We had plenty of storage space for our clothes and other items. Checkin and check out went smoothly. We want to stay there again!

The condo was very clean and looked freshly painted. The living room furniture was in great shape and had no stains. It had nice wicker furniture in the kitchen and bedroom and new flooring in the bedroom and living room. The condo was nicely decorated, although the bedroom decorations could be updated with a beach theme. All sinks drained well including the tub and commode. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were an older style, but they were clean and in great shape. The location and view of the condo were perfect. The booking process and email communications from the agent were great. Check in was easy and everyone was friendly, especially the people working the entry guard house. Because of cooler weather and some rain we got stuck in-doors a couple days and there was the constant sound of drilling in a nearby condo. We heard that noise during the day most of the week when we were inside the condo. Overall it was a very good experience and we would definitely book this condo again in the future.
