Shore Lea 206 is a one bedroom, mid-town location located on the ocean block. This one-bedroom, one and a half bath condo has a furnished balcony on the second floor, just a short walk a half block to toes in the sand. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! Shore Lea 206 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.
The open living room is furnished with two chairs, a flat screen television and a sofa that offers a queen sleeper for family or guests. The sliding glass balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Also in the living area is the dining table with 4 chairs, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a island and stools to grab a quick bite. The bedroom has a king size bed and a flat screen television. There is a half bath in the master bedroom and a full bathroom located in the hallway. This property sleeps up to four people comfortably.
Unit 206 has the following amenities: Central HVAC, one assigned parking space, two TVs, free cable and WiFi, a stacked washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, dishwasher and disposal.

Overall this was a great rental. The location was perfect, it was old but clean and worked for our family just fine. If you are planning to use the pull-out sofa, I would recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets.
