Attractive modern house located close to scenic Lymm Village. Great access to motorway networks. Manchester, Liverpool, Chester all within 30 miles. There are numerous restaurants/ bars/ pubs and a supermarket within close proximity. Lymm is the great location for those needing to travel to Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Chester. It is well located for easy access to M6,M62, M56 motorway links. Property is suitable for couples, those travelling on business and families.

The property has parking for two cars. Wifi is provided. Bed linen and towels are also provided for your convenience. Apple TV and Prime included.
The place accommodates 5 comfortable.
Guests will have access to the whole of the house. On the ground floor the property offers open plan kitchen/ lounge area, and downstairs wc. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, twin room, single bedroom and family bathroom. There is a private garden with seating area and log burner.

Enjoyed our stay,Matt was extremely helpful,we came on an overnight flight and was able to get in a bit earlier.So were very greatful for that.Very clean ,good location with the Co-Op right by.

Not as clean as it might have been, it was definitely cleaner after we left.
