Ohio State is a 9-min drive, and plenty is walkable from your door: Acropolis Gyro Palace about 4 min, United Dairy Farmers ice cream about 5 min, Donatos Pizza about 6 min, Paik's Noodles about 9 min and Starbucks about 10 min. Target, Kroger and Graceland Shopping Center are about a 10-min walk, and Pat & Gracie's, Eldorado's Food & Spirits and Bob's Bar are about 10 to 12 min. Natalie's Coal Fired Pizza has live music about 13 min away. Guests describe a quiet street with lots of food places. For a stroll, Sharon Meadows Park is about 16 min on foot and Beechwold Park about 21 min.

You have your whole side of the duplex to yourself, with its own private entrance (one step up) and self check-in by smart lock. Your private basement holds your own washer and dryer, down a flight of stairs. The backyard, patio, fire pit and yard games are shared with guests in the other half of the duplex. You get one off-street parking spot plus free, plentiful street parking. The COTA bus stop is about a 2-min walk, and Target and Kroger are about 10 min on foot. By car: Ohio State 9 min, Downtown and the Short North 13 min, LEGOLAND Discovery Center 14 min, the airport 15 min and COSI 18 min, with easy access to I-71, I-670 and I-315.

We’re happy to welcome up to 2 pets per stay, with a $75 fee per pet. Just a heads up, the price shown in the breakdown is for 1 pet, so if you’re bringing 2, let us know and we’ll update it for you! 😊 Also, we don’t allow cats, sorry!
