The owner provides additional information about places to eat or things to do locally and near by. This is great if you are new to the area. The condo is well maintained, clean and very nicely decorated. It's very quiet and has a great view of the lake and the balcony is set up to enjoy any meal outside or to lounge around enjoying some peace and quiet. A very short and easy walk to the beach. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The only con and just my opinion.....if you have a BAD BACK like I do, the couch is too soft and does not provide much back support. This will only effect a very few, I still HIGHLY RECOMMEND for it is a GREAT place to stay!!!!!
