This beautiful spacious penthouse apartment with a balcony and a roof terrace at the marina of the holiday resort Damp leaves nothing to be desired. The apartment is located in the holiday park Damp Ostseeresort. The extensive facilities of the Baltic seaside resort Damp, u. a. 3.5 km long sandy beach with many options such as B. Catamaran sailing, the vital center (wellness, sauna area, sport u. Fitness center, beauty and swimming pool), Aqua Tropicana (subtropical swimming paradise), fun and Sport center (tennis, squash, badminton, skater park), game world (bowling, skittles), a large water ski facility with many features, and excellently developed hiking and Cycle paths and short distances to restaurants and supermarkets, as well as public bus transport.
Excursions on water with the MS Feodara II to Kappeln, Eckernförde and Kiel are also worthwhile for complete relaxation and offer a lot of variety.
The penthouse apartment is on the end floor in the 7th Upper floor, which can be reached with 4 new elevators modernized in 2014. From the hallway with a spacious cloakroom you can access the shower room and living room. There is also a small storage room off the hall.
The beautiful living room is bright and modern. It has a dining table for 4 people, as well as a corner sofa, which can easily be converted into another sleeping option for 1-2 people. Nothing stands in the way of relaxing evenings in front of the TV, just like at home. From the living room you can access the fully equipped kitchenette with all appliances including Washing machine etc. There is also a bedroom with a double bed 1.40 x 2.00 meters and a large closet from the living room (see floor plan). You get from the living room to the balcony of the apartment, which is equipped with lounge furniture for 4 people and an outdoor carpet.
The spiral staircase takes you up to the studio. Here you will find plenty of storage space, a desk, a sideboard with TV and a large bed 1.80x2.00 meters. From here you get to the beautiful roof terrace from where you can enjoy a wide view of the green surroundings to the west. Two sun loungers are ready for the experience of breathtaking sunsets.
A numbered parking space is available.

Excellent despite lack of luck with weather including rain and rather cold sea water requiring the use of wetsuit. This was compensated by daily visits to nearby spa with wonderful sea water large pool with geat view of the beach, steem bath and sauna for a very reasonable access fee after 6pm and still a acceptable before that.
Appartment in perfect condition in a perfect location right on a small sailboat harbor surrounded by two beautiful beaches that are in a very short walking distance (3-5 min) Same for supermarket shops and restaurants: all are in very short walking distance.
About the appartment a special note about the very nice upstair space with twin beds and a good desk. Since the spiral staircase is open, light and noise from downstairs can come through So not the same as a true additional bedroom with a door but a super convenient addition to the downstair space. Also compliments about the well equipped kitchen that is stored with basics like spices cooking oil and more thanks to very generous owner who we thank here
