This property was beautiful and spacious - full of charm and had all the amenities that we needed. The house is in the heart of things in Pezenas with restaurants right next door and the old town, full of shops and art studios, just opposite. There were wine festivals and markets just outside on a number of days and music from the restaurants floating in through the windows in the evening. This is a three floor property and the stairs are very steep - however it meant we all got our steps in (and the teens were on the top floor which was fine with their young legs!). Overall it was an excellent base for our stay in France.

We spent 5 lovely days in Peznas. Our 3 bedroom apartment was perfectly located - a minute’s walk to the cafes, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is updated with a modern and fully functioning kitchen. A spacious first floor allowed to relax and enjoy family time. Bathrooms are all updated as well. Our on site host was friendly and provided us with all of the relevant information we needed. We definitely recommend and would stay there again.

This is a beautiful modern 3-story apartment close to everything you will want to see in the pretty town of Pézenas. The stairs are steep if that is an issue for you, but we decided we just wouldn’t be in a hurry going up and down. The beds are so cozy and you can watch the town wake up and go to sleep from your windows. I recommend it highly!

Loved everything, the stairs were a bit steep, but the location and town were super charming!
Would definitely come back here again! Thanks Marsha 😎
