Excellent location to uptown Sedona! The house was even better than imagined. We really enjoyed our stay and so did our pup!

Great location walking distance to town. Bed very comfy. More bath/hand towels would have been a nice touch. Cute house but could use a few upgrades aesthetically.

Two safe and convenient parking spots. There were utensils in the kitchen that we used to eat in when we didn’t want to eat out (a big plus!). A/C was great and lots of hot water. Despite being in Uptown, the nights were quiet. The housekeeper (Joseline) was wonderful.

Kitchen and bathroom well supplied (didn’t do any cooking with one night stay). Home was very tidy and clean. Very quiet area, parking space off street appreciated. Several issues that were unsatisfactory: 1. Flooring was cold, no area rugs anywhere, not even in bathroom. 2. No bedding for sleeper couch in living room other than a fitted sheet and a small “throw” blanket. 3. Heating units on wall were noisy, on and off all night, difficult to sleep.
