A historic baseball park, the Biltmore Estate, the Upper River Arts District, West Asheville and many, many more attractions are a short ride away! You`ll run out of time before you run out of things to do, so plan to rebook! There is one parking spot for this condo; any additional vehicles must park elsewhere. *PLEASE NOTE* Vehicles must not exceed 7,000 lbs- Large trucks, RVs, Vans, Trailers, or Boats are not permitted

Perfect location and clean pet friendly condo. We enjoyed walking and visiting Asheville. Very secure building.

Great stay for my family (2 adults, 3 young children). Property was clean and convenient to everything in downtown Asheville. Parking was convenient for our trips out of the city. Would highly recommend a stay here! **Note for property managers: The addition of a pack 'n play and highchair would be excellent for families with babes/tots!

You should let guests know there is only ONE parking spot for the property There needs to be a Dropbox for the parking pass. The instructions are TOO long.
