This cute 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo - with two extra twin bunks - has comfort and convenience written all over it. Whether it’s a romantic getaway or a family vacation, P3-3032 is a great option.
The 3rd floor condo features ceramic tile in all areas except the master bedroom, which is carpeted.
The living area has a Queen sofa sleeper, a cushioned armchair, a flatscreen television and Gulf-front balcony access through sliding glass doors.
The living room makes way to a quaint kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, unique tile backsplash, oak cabinets and a two-seat breakfast bar. And next to the kitchen is the dining area with seating for four.
The master bedroom has a King-size bed and television. The en-suite bathroom has a single-sink vanity and a bathtub and shower combination. The bonus twin bunk beds are adjacent to the living area.
Located conveniently off the hallway is a stacked washer and dryer.

This place just needs a little TLC and a deep cleaning. I know that can be a bit costly with frequent guests, but it would make a big difference if done at least once or twice a week. The view is great I absolutely loved it and the grandkids had an amazing time. We’ll definitely be back.The front desk staff was friendly, and the outdoor pool was clean and enjoyable. However, I did have an issue with the indoor pool the water was cold when it was supposed to be heated, so I didn’t get to swim as much as I would have liked.

Great communication! Condo was nice and as pictured. Some wear and tear on the living room furniture, but that’s to be expected.

The twin beds are not twin size Too close to ceiling and too short. Loved the location and the property was clean and well run. Would definitely come back to a larger condo.
