La Belle Escale is an exceptional villa ideally located 50 meters from the beach, 250 meters from the Guérande salt marshes, 800 meters from the Port of La Turballe, and 3 kilometers from the protected Pen-Bron inlet.

All of this is arranged around a heated swimming pool (8 x 4 meters) that enjoys constant sunshine and is accessible from a lovely terrace with a bioclimatic pergola, on a 1300 m² enclosed plot.

Private parking is available on the property. A fleet of 8 bicycles is available, as well as a pétanque court.
