Pool Chillers:(summer only) $200/day
House Rules:
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. 16 guests max although additional daytime guests considered with owner permission. All pets must be approved prior to booking. Renter must respect neighborhood tranquility at all times and not play outdoor music that can be heard by neighbors.

City ordinance 95C stipulates that the use or operation of any sound production or reproduction device, radio receiving set, musical instrument, drums,
phonograph, television set, loud speakers, sound
amplifier or other similar machine or device for the
producing or reproducing of sound in such a manner
as to disturb the peace, quiet, or comfort of any
reasonable person of normal sensitivity in any area
of the city is prohibited.
Remember you are renting in a residential neighborhood. Keep any music to an appropriate level. Residents are not on vacation and should not be expected to be subjected to your personal taste in
music. The surrounding neighbors have access to a
Complaint HOTLINE that they may call to file a
complaint. The homeowner or an appointed agent
will be expected to respond to any complaint within
45 minutes or the Police will be called. City ordinances governing short-term rentals and noise control are strictly enforced.
The Police and Code Enforcement Officers carry
decibel meters and can monitor your sound levels.
Failure to comply with any City ordinance may result
in a citation, fine, eviction, or imprisonment. In the case of
multiple short-term rental violations, home owners
can lose their short-term rental privilege

Spent all day of checkin day fighting with management about providing a driver’s license photo ID and finally had to to get into property and got check in sent to me at 3:50 for 4:00 check in. This is the only time in years of VRBO rentals that an ID was required as the deposit money 2 months earlier proves who I am. I was told it was in the contract but certainly a requirement this intrusive should be mentioned up front.

This place was amazing. It was so much fun between pickleball, volleyball, bocce. The pool is huge, I mean insanely huge. The house layout was great. Loved the kitchen size and had all cooking pots, pans, utensils you would need. The fridge does not have an ice maker so make sure you bring ice if you want it. Host was very responsive and accommodating.

We wanted to share our experience so future guests can make an informed decision.Unfortunately, our stay included a serious safety incident. While one of our guests was showering, the glass shower door detached and shattered outward, resulting in cuts to his hands and feet. We treated the injuries ourselves. One shower door was already missing when we arrived, and the first aid kit on site was not equipped for this type of situation. This was alarming and could have resulted in a much more serious injury.Beyond that, the overall condition of the interior did not match the level suggested by the listing or the holiday pricing. There was significant dust buildup on multiple vents, dirty or stained rugs and linens, worn or broken kitchen components (including refrigerator shelving and hardware), damaged furniture, and several missing or incomplete basic household items. We also had to request a full set of silverware during the stay, and encountered seating that felt loose or unstable.While the backyard and outdoor space are attractive, the interior of the home felt dated and poorly maintained, with limited lighting and a kitchen that appears unchanged for decades. For the price being charged, we expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, upkeep, and safety.We contacted the property manager directly before posting this review. While a small refund was offered, many concerns—particularly the safety incident—were characterized as normal wear or items not listed
