The house easily accommodated our party of 8 adults and 3 children with plenty of room for everyone and great outdoor space. Fully equipped kitchen and we made full use of bbq and sitting outdoors on the hottest weekend of the year. Would definitely stay again.

Spring House is impressive and has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a large family gathering. The dining kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. There is a functioning tennis court and large flat grassy areas for outdoor games. There are also plenty of spaces to sit outside. There are some roadworks close by which did not detract from our stay at a weekend but limited walking from the property which is otherwise very well situated for car and train travel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

Everything was lovely in the house. Perfect for a family gathering. However there were a lot of ladybirds in the front two bedrooms around the windows and ceiling, which might bother other guests a lot more.
A suggestion would be to have a second TV option as we were a group of mixed ages.
