Located in Down East, known for duck hunting and fishing, the home is close to downtown Beaufort, Harkers Island, Morehead City and Atlantic Beach. Nearby are several public boat accesses, fishing spots and ferries to access southern outer banks . Parking in the rear, room for boats. Pets welcome (max 2, fee applies).

Very quiet and peaceful location. The home was very clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were perfect for me. Add in the room darkening blinds and it was just the respite I was looking for. Easy drive to Harkers Island Ferry, Beaufort or Atlantic Beach.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend get away over Memorial Day weekend. While a little further out of town than we realized, the quiet and peaceful nature of the house made resting & relaxing very easy. The home was sufficiently stocked with necessities and had everything that we needed for our stay.

We were only here for two days for a wedding but the house was updated and very clean. It has everything you would need for vacationing. The only thing I could say anything about is the tiny bathroom and the cinder block walls but I still give this rental 5 stars.
