Paradise Pointe is a premier resort designed for relaxation and fun. Spend your days cooling off in the outdoor pool, floating along the lazy river, or unwinding in the heated indoor pool (available Nov 1 – May 1). The resort also features a kids' pool, a sun deck, and covered parking (clearance 6'6”; no oversized vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, or golf carts permitted). Do Not Bring Large Trucks or Oversized SUV Vehicles. If you must bring that type of vehicle, overflow is available at Thomas Beach lot on Sea Mountain Hwy.
Each unit is authorized two parking spaces. The designated/marked units can be found on P2 (Floors 9-12) and P3 (Floors 4-8) and the unmarked units are found on the ground floor and P1. We ask that everyone use the designated/marked space first. before using the second unmarked space. No overhead storage is allowed in the parking garage due to height restrictions.

This is a tobacco-free resort, including balconies and grounds, and pets, grills, and fireworks are not allowed. No overhead or rear cargo/luggage racks allowed.

A nice condo. Excellent beach views from the balcony, and a great location towards the end of Cherry Grove Beach. The property looked to be recently painted and the furniture was comfortable. Adequate kitchen supplies. Good stove and refrigerator. My only complaint would be a hard mattress in the master bedroom that was a little uncomfortable for side-sleepers.Check-in was easy. Communicating with Thomas via text was quick and painless.We didn't use the pool - too cold. And there was a giant beach reclamation project going on, so dump trucks driving back and forth along the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was perfect for our family. And the beach was very close. The parking garage is tight, however and the ramps to get up in levels were steep. Otherwise, we loved the place very much
