Open and luxurious, this waterfront retreat is the perfect destination for your next family vacation. Guzzie on the Lake is truly a unique destination as its one of just a few homes perched above Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum. No expense was spared in the 2021 full remodel of this beautiful, pet friendly property. The home boasts 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, indoor sauna, private hot tub, heated garage game room, and multiple lakeside seating terraces.

As you enter the home you’ll be greeted by a spacious, open-concept great room that opens up directly to the large outdoor deck. The great room features fantastic lake and beach views, a comfortable sectional, gas fireplace, and large smart TV.
The fantastic outdoor living space was designed for relaxing and enjoying quality time with your friends and family. It boasts a large deck with a gas BBQ, private hot tub, fire pit area, and a lower viewing deck just off the beach! A staircase will take you down to the water’s edge.
The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and an oversized island prep area with plenty of bar seating. There are two dining tables in the home that seat up to 16 comfortably.
The whole family will enjoy hanging out in the garage game room that features a TV, comfortable couch, huge foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a 2nd fridge. Just inside the garage is a pet clean up station, wet bar, and a spacious indoor sauna room.
BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:
• Main floor master with a king bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor master with a king bed, smart TV, and a spa like private bath.
• 2nd floor guest bedroom with a queen bed, and smart TV.
• 2nd floor master with a queen bed, smart TV, and an attached private bath.
• 2nd floor bunk room with 2 sets of twin over full bunks, 2 twin trundles, and a smart TV.
Lake Cle Elum offers an abundance of recreational activities, including boating, jet skiing, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, wind surfing, and more! The lake is a 7 mile long reservoir and the water levels fluctuate greatly throughout the year. The water is at its highest point in May through early June. By late summer the water is at its lowest point and Speelyi Beach is fully exposed. The beach has a gradual slope and consists of sand with some light gravel in areas, perfect for kids to swim and enjoy themselves!
****Age Limit to book this home is 28. All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** This home is protected with an external security camera facing the driveway. Please no parking on the road, or adjacent properties.

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this beautiful house with friends. There were 12 of us (8 adults and 4 children), and everyone absolutely fell in love with both the home and the surrounding views.The house is very comfortable and cozy, and the outdoor area is just as enjoyable. We especially loved the easy access to the water, the lovely fire pit area, as well as the sauna and hot tub — everything made our stay even more relaxing and memorable.We would also like to highlight how impressively clean the house was, especially considering its size. That really stood out to us.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to come back again in the future.

We had a great weekend staying at this property with friends. The home is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group. The views are beautiful, and we really enjoyed the outdoor setting. The amenities were excellent, especially the game room, which was a highlight for everyone.The only downside was that the cleaning could have been better, as a few areas didn’t feel as fresh as expected. With a bit more attention to detail on that front, this place would be outstanding.Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.

The stay was so wonderful - perfect for a relaxing weekend with friends. We walked on the beach, cooked lots of meals, and enjoyed recreating in the Roslyn area. The only issue we had was that the stove’s burners were not all working well. The front burner on the left side was going in and out and the back burner on the left side was also inconsistent, so we decided to only use the right side of the burners. Otherwise, the kitchen was stocked with great appliances - the immersion blender especially came in handy. Thank you!!
