It has an elevator, 10 m² terrace, iron, high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, seasonal community pool, open-air parking in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 1 TV .
The independent kitchen, with a ceramic hob, is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.
-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

Great location. Apartment was clean and well equipped. On the booking it stated the pool was shut for our dates but it was open so very happy with that and the parking was a great bonus.
Not much to not like. Maybe just prefer air con in more rooms. The bedrooms didn’t have it but you do get a fan. Luckily we came end of October so wasn’t too bad but in summer it would be very hot

The gate lock was hard to open to get into the apartments
