Host was terrific. Quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The home is as pictured. Worked well for our party of 11. Close to the lake and gorgeous view. Would stay again.

Clean property, great location, and as advertised! We had a fabulous time. We did wish there were some more tables by the couches and outside for our group to eat and gather but otherwise incredible stay!

For a trip to enjoy lake Powell this property is amazing. Hosts a good amount of people, is well stocked and has beautiful views. Especially enjoying the fire pit on the balcony at night.
