Clean and good location. House had a slightly stale smell that dissipated after opening some windows and getting some air flowing

House was as described and host was helpful and responsive!

We stayed here for two weeks between a local move. Location was terrific for getting to points north/south and major roads in town. The local park and access to High Line canal was terrific for runs and walks with my dogs. Easy walk up the street to Starbucks. Backyard was fenced in, so perfect for dog potty breaks. I wish we could have used the garage and wish backyard had grass, but it was still good enough. Very sunny kitchen and LR makes up for it, and water pressure for showers was excellent. Also liked how MBR and kids BR were on opposite sides of the property. LR was pretty small, but couch was comfortable enough, and truly we weren't watching TV very often. Highly recommend!
