Fines Apply up to $2500 and/or Eviction if rules are not followed. Credit Card will need to be placed on file upon arrival for any fines or damage.

3. No overnight street parking, read posted signs for changes. House can hold up to 15 cars.
4. No parties or events allowed
5. No smoking allowed on the premises
6. Must be 21 years old to book
