The stunning kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, such as a flat top range, and granite countertops. At the breakfast bar are two stools, and a glass table with four chairs is close by. A table and four chairs are on the balcony for your dining pleasure as you enjoy the views. Your master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen television, access to the balcony, and a bathroom with a sink, extended, granite-topped vanity counter with a chair, walk in shower with glass panels. In the guest bedroom is a pair of queen-size beds, a flat screen television on the wall, a stereo system on top of an armoire, as well as a bathroom with a sink, granite vanity counter, walkin shower with a grab handlebar and a built-in seat.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
