It has a garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, fireplace, iron, internet access (wifi), private pool, outdoor parking in the same building, 1 fan, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French).
In the independent gas kitchen, there is a refrigerator, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker and toaster.
According to the municipal ordinance, the barbecue cannot be used with fire from 1 June to 15 October.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
