RESERVATIONS RECEIVED MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:
- Down Payment: Our ECDI $300 Reservation Down Payment will be automatically charged separately to the credit card provided during the next batch scheduled at 12:00 Noon CST to secure the property for your requested dates.
- Reservation Details: Emails will be sent with a RES-XXXXX number, payment details and all necessary instructions. Please check your spam folder.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the same credit card 30 days prior to your check-in date.
- Confirmation: Final confirmation with all necessary instructions for your stay will be sent via email on the same day.
RESERVATIONS RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS IN ADVANCE OF THE CHECK-IN DATE:

Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

The condo itself was perfect, on the beach great ocean view. Check in process very easy had no issues. The resort itself though is large and tons of people. Children screaming and out of control in the early mornings and late evening. If you are looking for a family resort this is fine but for me I go to the beach to listen to the ocean and relax. This is not the place for that. The only time you can hear the ocean is the middle of the night. Also I have bad knees, stairs are not really an option, waited one day for an elevator for 25 minutes before one came that wasn’t full. Highly recommend the condo and host but the resort itself was just too large for me.

The condo was beautiful. Had a beautiful view of the ocean, beach and the pool. The condo was spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated. The complex was very nice. Amenities were great! Would highly recommend.

Our overall stay was OK. When we arrived, they did not have the correct bracelets and car passes waiting for us in the room like expected. After redoing the room, there was a large brown stain on the main rug in the living room, the rug just needs to be replaced. It’s nasty. That evening we tried to take a shower in our shower leaked all over the master shower floor. We did call maintenance and they did come and somewhat fix it the next step. However, our shower did continue to leak throughout our stay. The unit did not have a wine opener, which is ridiculous. The property allows you one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. That is it. You are responsible for the rest. The pool area was nice however they had a large orange cone sitting out in the middle of the pool deck where you enter the pool every day. There are no drinks allowed in the pool at all. Not even water! That is ridiculous. To end this all up, there was nothing more disgusting than the mold in the showers. I encouraged my family to wear flip-flops. It was so disgusting. We will not be staying here again. See pictures below Kelly Wells
