La Mirage #1 is a beach-level, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condominium designed for comfort and easy indoor-outdoor living. The open-concept layout features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area, and a bright, comfortable living room filled with natural light and full ocean views. Sliding glass doors open onto the private beachfront terrace, where you can relax with your morning coffee while enjoying the sea breeze and views of Half Moon Bay. WiFi is included throughout the unit.
The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and air conditioning for your comfort. The guest bedroom is furnished with two double beds, offering plenty of space for families or groups, and also includes air conditioning. (Please note that air conditioning is available in the bedrooms only.)

Had a wonderful day as usual the sarcasm was not good but I know they’re working on clearing that up. I want a condo with a good shape and housekeeping did a wonderful job cleaning. Can’t wait to come back.

Despite the uncontrollable seaweed issue, we had a great time at our stay in La Mirage. The location was perfect. There were other spots in the bay with bigger seaweed issues. Once you hope over the seaweed the bay is still clear & snorkable. Our house was clean & had everything we needed. The property concierge, cleaning, security was great. Resturance next door & coffee shop steps away was bonus. We would definitely love to visit again.

Perfect location! First floor with patio opening onto the beach. Walk to Yal Ku Lagoon, Akumal beach, coffee shop across the street and restaurants. We snorkeled in Cozumel, Sian Kaan and Yal Ku but the best snorkeling was in the bay right outside the condo (about 100 yards out).Plenty of space in the condo. Two large bedrooms, two large baths with sizable kitchen and living area. Beautiful furnished deck with lounge chairs all on the beach. Daily maid and towel service was very nice! La Lunita is a very good restaurant on property, we had four dinners there across the week; 10% discount if staying on the property.We did day excursions to Aktun Chen, Coba, Sian Kaan, and Yal Ku lagoon - highly recommend all. Coba ruins are fascinating!
