Fantastic location in Paris, and excellent communication from the host. Check in and check out was straightforward. Very clean.Paris was very hot, whilst it does not have AC, fans were provided in every room.As other reviews have mentioned, the furnishings could do with a refresh.

The location of this apartment was fantastic!! The property management company was great and very accommodating. The apartment could use updates as far as the mattresses/couches/pillows and kitchen stock (no cutting board, very dull knifes and only one wine glass).

I have discussed them pros and cons with studio prestige.With proper updates: this could be a great property.WiFi was slow and failedBleacher seats and a park bench are not a good choice for a dining room table.Both sofas were very old The remodeling job was great.Lighting is great.Dishwasher, washer dryer are very nice Lighting is brilliantFlooring is of high quality Check in is impossible if you are shorter than 5’2”
