In the heart of La Quinta lies this beautiful 3-bedroom cottage that offers breathtaking views and plenty of chances to unwind and explore. Nestled just minutes from the renowned Empire Polo Club, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and Acrisure Arena, The Living Desert Zoo this property offers the perfect home base for your desert getaway. Palm Springs is a short drive away.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, and all the essential appliances and cookware you need to whip up delicious meals. Unwind in the cozy living room, where you can curl up and enjoy the smart TV with satellite/cable channels!!
Outdoors, you'll find a private pool and hot tub, perfect for cooling off on those warm desert days. Soak up the sun on the porch and enjoy the mountain view and the beautiful and manicured landscaped patio Take a stroll and the hiking trail 2 blocks from the house or a take a quick bike ride drive to La Quinta Old Town Village. we love the restaurants, Stuft Pizza and Casa Mendoza;s is our favorite.
Amenities abound, including a washing machine and dryer, free Wi-Fi, Whether you're seeking a relaxing retreat or an action-packed getaway, this property has something for everyone. Start planning your dream desert vacation today!
FYI: we have a private pool and spa and do not have direct access to a Waterpark. There is a park down the street that has a lap pool that is open to the public in the summer.

Skip and Monica‘s property was just as listed! The check-in process was super easy and Skip and Monica were very easy to communicate with. We love the fact that the home was stocked with toiletries, laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, paper towels, spices, and all the essentials. All of the furniture and the beds were super comfy, and there were plenty of pillows, sheets, and towels. We loved the pool and hot tub area with the amazing view of the mountains surrounding us! We were out there every day - morning, noon and night! I walked the Bear Cove Trail daily, and the views never got old. Old town La Quinta is so quaint with so many amazing restaurants and stores. The people in La Quinta are super friendly and the city is so clean. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful stay Skip and Monica!

Pool and hot tub kept in very good condition House is in excellent shape all rooms are clean all lights tvs and appliances work a big plus House is well equipped with all your needs A nice touch of chips and salsa welcomed usLocation of house is great for walking etcLove it ! We will be back

We had a great stay in La Quinta. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The furniture was very comfortable especially the beds. The pool and hot tub were very enjoyable and did not need to purchase any extra heating. We loved the walking path adjacent to the neighborhood. It is especially useful if you are bringing a dog. If we come back to La Quinta, we would definitely stay here again.
