The resort sits at approximately 7,000 feet above sea level. Snow is possible from October through April, and summer temperatures are typically cooler than Phoenix.
A vehicle is recommended to reach area attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment located approximately 1–5 miles away.
Children's and teen activities may be limited during the winter off-season.
House Rules / Policies
Primary guest must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.
Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.
The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.

The one-bedroom condo was very nice! Private entrance and parking close to the door. Plenty of space in the living/kitchen area with a great balcony and view of pine trees. The bedroom is very spacious and the bath was a great size with very clean and modern finishes. Everything was clean and fresh and the kitchen was well-supplied.My only disappointment was the need to change rooms in the middle of our stay. The resort did upgrade us to a larger condo, but it was unexpected and inconvenient to repack and move during our stay. Also, the resort required a 250 security deposit upon check-in, not 100 as stated in the terms. It was fully refunded at the end of our stay.We would return for the great location in Flagstaff and the quality of the accommodations.

Most everything was good. I enjoyed the stay , the area is nice . Lots of pine trees, things to do, many good restaurants to eat at. There is a nice Clubhouse, Bear Paw activity center with a swimming pool, miniature golf course and more. the downside my wife was not able to be with me as she passed away Jan. 16th of a wicked disease so it reminded me of the last time we were there and brought some tearful situations for me which has nothing to do with the vacation spot. I'm happy she is home with her Saviour Jesus as she is no longer in pain but it leaves a huge empty spot for me.

Excellent accommodations. Property was clean and furnished with wi-fi and all kitchen amenities. Area was quiet and the over all amenities of the Club were very good. It allowed for plenty to do onsite and the Club location was close enough to Flagstaff and yet rural enough to “ get away” from the city life. Our only complaint was the bed was softer than what we are used to but that’s like most hotels. I’d highly recommend this place. My son has a time share with Whyndom and he stays here when he comes to Flagstaff. I’ll be back again in the future.
