Beach vacation for the whole family: a quiet thatched-roof vacation home for up to 5 people
Location
Dat Reethuus is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac in St. Peter-Ording, in the Dorf neighborhood. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping opportunities are within walking distance in the center of St. Peter-Ording.
Amenities
The approximately 135-square-meter vacation home is modern yet furnished with the charm of a thatched-roof house. The beautiful hardwood floors throughout the living and sleeping areas create a cozy atmosphere.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious entryway with a coat closet. The cozy living area, featuring a large bookshelf, invites you to spend relaxing hours in front of the wood-burning stove. Enjoy a delicious family dinner, a hearty vacation breakfast, or fun game nights around the large dining table. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with: a dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, range hood, filter coffee maker (filter size 4), electric kettle, and a toaster.
The vacation home has four bedrooms: one with a single bed on the first floor; the other three are accessible via a staircase to the upper floor: Bedroom 2 is furnished with a double bed (180×200), Bedroom 3 with a single bed, and the children’s bedroom with a pull-out bunk bed and a sitting area for playing. All bedrooms can be darkened with curtains.
Two bathrooms (a shower room on the first floor and a bathroom with a tub on the upper floor) round out the space. A washer and dryer are available for your use free of charge in the bathroom on the first floor.
Wind down the day on the sunny, furnished terrace. A beach chair offers the perfect retreat. The approximately 1,000-square-meter garden provides plenty of space for young and old alike to play and run around.

In this non-smoking home, we’re happy to provide free Wi-Fi. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. Up to two parking spaces are available right next to the house. All wiring in the house is additionally shielded and therefore low-radiation.
An initial set of bed linens and towels is mandatory for this accommodation and is already included in the final price. Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.
A security deposit of €300 is required for this vacation home.

Wir waren 2 Wochen in der Unterkunft und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Grundsätzlich ist es stöhnen auf hohem Niveau. Allerdings fehlt ein zweites Doppelbett und Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten der Fenster in den Schlafzimmern. Auf der Terrasse wäre ebenso eine größere Gartengarnitur für sechs Personen wünschenswert. Die Ameisenplage hatten wir mit Hilfe des Hausmeisters gut im Griff, hier noch einmal einen lieben Dank an ihn.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles reichlich vorhanden. Für die Terrassenstühle hätten wir uns Sitzkissen gewünscht und einen Grill. Die Umgebung war schön ruhig. Mit dem Fahrrad haben sie die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort oder die größeren Supermärkte schnell erreichen können.
Wir hatten für das Haus nur einen Schlüssel für 5 Personen. Ein zweiter Schlüssel wäre angebracht gewesen.
Aber im Gesamten war es eine tolle Woche in dem Haus und in SPO und wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
