Both bathrooms have a tub and shower combination. This rental has 1 Smart TV in the living area. There is a comfortable covered porch on the house. Pets (1 dog) and motorcycles are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in this house. Students/student groups are not allowed.

This family rental property is located in a quiet, residential community. Groups or house parties are NOT allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced. Any violation will result in eviction.
