The Location
This exclusive apartment is located on the southeast-facing second floor of the Meerblickvilla apartment complex. The Baltic Sea is right on your doorstep—just 25 meters away is the beautiful, fine-sand Südstrand with its beach promenade, the pier, and the 230-meter-long jetty. Enjoy a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the vibrant beach life.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find the spa gardens, children’s playgrounds, shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as recreational activities, attractions, and places to visit. Hiking, biking, boating, a visit to the marina, the Ostsee-Therme, and the diverse events—such as the popular Promenade Festival—are particularly popular, as are trips to Hansapark and the island of Fehmarn.

Two stylish bathrooms each feature a walk-in rain shower, toilet, sink with a hair dryer, heated towel rack, and heated floors. The small but exquisite sauna area includes a Finnish sauna, a bio-sauna, and a relaxation area. The sauna area is available to you free of charge.
